How do I know what size AC I need?
To find the best AC for your needs, you’ll need to factor in room size and position, what the room is used for and how often. Our online AC calculator will give you a good indicator, or for more detailed advice please pop into a Taqeef showroom or call us on 800TAQEEF to request a call back from one of our sales team.
Is my AC covered by a warranty?
Yes, Taqeef’s AC’s come with CoolCare - a free 5-year warranty that includes free parts and labour for a full 5 years. Registration is automatic at the time of online purchase (for in-store purchases you can complete registration via WhatsApp or by calling 800TAQEEF). For full details on CoolCare T&Cs click here.
How do I get my AC installed?
Taqeef provides professional installation services - just include installation with your AC purchase, and our specialist team will be in touch to arrange convenient time for installation. You can choose to get your AC installed by your own team if you prefer (although please ensure they are trained and accredited in order to protect your AC warranty.)
How do I maintain my AC?
ACs should be properly maintained to keep efficiency high, running costs low, and to improve air quality. Please check the manufacturers handbook that comes with your unit for details on how to look after your new AC. Taqeef also offers its own specialist maintenance and cleaning plan for ACs. Why add installation?
Taqeef’s specialist team of AC technicians have been trained and accredited to install the ACs we sell. So, we’ll install your unit quickly, safely, and neatly in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions – keeping your warranty (and your cooling) intact!
What about 3rd Party installation?
You can select a third party of your choice to install your new AC unit. We recommend you check they have the necessary professional installation training and accreditation first, as incorrect installation may impact your cooling and invalidate your warranty.
Can I use my debit card for an instalment plan?
Unfortunately instalment plans are only available with select credit cards issued by the participating banks outlined below:

What about the interest rates and processing fees?
Each bank sets their own rates and fees for the instalment plans they offer.
How do I know the charges if choosing an instalment plan?
At the time of checkout, if your credit card is eligible any available options and associated rates will be displayed. Alternatively, you can call your bank for more information.
How do I know whether my request for instalment plan was successful?
If your payment goes through, it means your bank has accepted the instalment plan request.
What is the maximum purchase amount I am entitled to?
Your personal credit card limit defines the amount you will be able to put forward for an instalment plan.
What is the minimum purchase amount under an instalment plan?
The minimum amount is AED 1.000 across the participating banks.
How many monthly payments can I request?
The number of monthly payments is defined by each participating bank individually. It typically ranges from 3 to 36 months.
What happens if I return the product?
Taqeef’s standard returns policy applies and where applicable the purchase amount will be refunded by Taqeef to the card chosen for payment. Please speak to your bank for any questions related to the cancellation of the instalment plan and any related fees.
