Shipping & Returns

Unless otherwise stated, Taqeef provides free next day delivery within the UAE subject to the following:

• the delivery address is within the United Arab Emirates
• the delivery address is accessible by vehicle via public, open roads
• the method of shipment is standard

For delivery requests which do not meet the above conditions please contact Taqeef to receive a quotation for shipping costs which will be added to your order. In the event of a non-delivery due to customer error (i.e. wrong name, address, or unavailability at the confirmed delivery date and time, or, any other wrong information) extra costs incurred by Taqeef for redelivery shall be payable by the customer.

We want you to be delighted with your AC product choice. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will take back sold items within seven days from the date of delivery for either an exchange or refund subject to the following:

• The product must be returned in the original, undamaged packaging and be unused with no visible defects. A delivery fee of 200 AED will be charged for collection of the item.
• A restocking fee of 25% of product(s) value applies.
• Refund / exchanges do not apply to products which have been already installed. However, these products are warrantied for 5 years against manufacture defects under the CoolCare Protection Plan
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used.
• Products should be accompanied by the original sales invoice (email confirmation) received at the time of order.
